Biography

Armin Gray received his J.D. and LL.M. from NYU School of Law where he concentrated on business law and taxation. Prior to forming GRAY TOLUB LLP, Armin was an attorney at several large law firms, including Morrison and Foerster LLP and Thacher Proffitt and Wood LLP. Armin focuses on:

• Corporate Law;

• Contracts;

• Real Estate;

• Individual Taxation;

• Corporate and Partnership Taxation;

• International Taxation;

• Trust and Estates;

• Related Transactional Matters.
